I. PLAN DESIGN - Involves consulting with employer and advisor(s) to pinpoint plan objectives, and then making a determination as to which plan type, with concomitant parameters, best meets those objectives. We design, and administer, many different types of plans, including Profit Sharing, Money Purchase Pension, Defined Benefit Pension, 401(k), SIMPLE (401K & IRA), ESOP, 403(b), and Section 125 Premium Only plans.

II. PLAN DOCUMENT SERVICES - We provide the written Plan Document and Plan Trust Agreement, as well as the Adoption Agreement and Summary Plan Description.

III. PERIODIC PLAN ADMINISTRATION - We prepare annual I.R.S. reporting forms, and generate annual, semi-annual, and quarterly plan status reports showing individual participant account activity and balances, for distribution to the employer and plan participants.

IV. PLAN TRUST ACCOUNTING - After compilation of all pertinent raw Plan Trust data (brokerage and bank statements, passbooks, ledgers, accountant's reports, etc.), we provide a consolidated written report showing the reconciled, balanced Plan Trust.

V. DISCRIMINATION TESTING - we make sure that all plans are in compliance with government regulations by conducting thorough and comprehensive plan testing.
